The studio is a good choice when you want a more classic newborn session with wraps, props, soft light, and everything already set up when you arrive. In-home newborn photos are helpful when staying home makes more sense, and you want photos in the rooms where the early days are already happening.
Newborn sessions are built around your baby’s comfort, with room for feeding, soothing, breaks, and the normal unpredictability of early baby life.
Family Sessions
Family sessions are available outdoors and in the studio. Many Sammamish families choose Eastside outdoor locations for annual updates because the logistics are easier around school schedules, naps, and normal routines.
The session does not depend on children behaving perfectly. I use movement, simple direction, and small resets so the photos look natural.
Milestone and Birthday Sessions

The studio is about 10–14 miles from Sammamish, depending on where you live. For newborn and milestone sessions especially, the shorter drive can help the day feel more manageable around feeding, naps, and toddler timing.

Outdoor sessions can stay close to the Eastside, or we can choose a more scenic Pacific Northwest setting further out. Eastside locations are often helpful for regular family updates. Snoqualmie River and Rattlesnake Lake locations are a good choice when you want more water, trees, mountains, and open scenery.
