Location Spotlight: Seattle Summer Maternity Sessions at a Lavender Farm
The ideal time for your maternity photoshoot is between 28 and 32 weeks of pregnancy. If your maternity session falls in July, I hope you will take advantage of this unique and charming lavender farm. I offer sessions at this location only once a year for a limited period of two to three weeks.
The lavender farm is located in Sequim, WA, so you will need to be prepared for a road trip. It takes roughly two and a half hours to get to the farm from Seattle or Bellevue, so please consider this before booking.
Another thing to consider is the time of the session. To get the beautiful light at this location, I shoot during golden hour, 30 to 90 minutes before sunset.

Pricing and Scheduling
I offer two options for Lavender Farm Maternity Sessions: Deluxe (full) and Mini (half). The key differences between the options are the duration of the photoshoot and the number of photos included.
Maternity Deluxe Session Highlights:
The Deluxe Session is 60 minutes long and comes with 20 hand-edited images. This option is a bit more relaxing and will give you more variety of shots. It also works better if you want an outfit change or have kids joining the session.
- Shooting time: Up to 1 hour
- Time: For best light, this session is done 60 to 90 minutes before sunset
- Types of shots: Naturally posed photos of mom in various poses and looks, belly shots, mom and dad, mom and siblings, family portrait, and pets, photos with a keepsake
- Images: 20 hand-edited high-res photos that you pick from a gallery of 80–100 photos (additional hand-edited photos available à la carte)
- Prep help: I will provide a detailed prep guide to help you get ready
- Turnaround: 7 days
- Session price: $850 +tax
- Optional add-ons: additional hand-edited photos: +$20/photo; full gallery (all the images) with basic color edit: $200

The Mini Session is 20 minutes long and includes 10 hand-edited images. It is a great option if you prefer a quicker session or don’t have kids joining.
- Shooting time: Up to 20 minutes
- Time: This session is done 30–90 minutes before sunset
- Types of shots: Naturally posed photos of mom in various poses and looks, belly shots, mom and dad together, photos with pets, photos with a keepsake
- Images: 10 hand-edited high-res photos that you pick from a gallery of 40–60 photos (additional hand-edited photos available à la carte)
- Prep help: I will provide a detailed prep guide to help you get ready
- Hassle-free scheduling: Flexible rescheduling if it rains
- Turnaround: 7 days
- Session price: $450 +tax
